I would have remove the tree and the cranes! I would also blackened what is dark, removing every lights etc etc etc. If you don't have strong details and it's dark as you have it here I would go for a completely black image on the land part.

Wonderful place!....beautiful lighting.....The tip of the tree on the foreground is distracting.

Nice light in this photo. The tree is indeed distracting, but I think that could have been remedied by choosing another angle/composition.
